Your deadline is set by your violation notice and your community's governing documents. Under Florida Statute 720.305, an HOA board must give at least 14 days' written notice of your right to a hearing before a fine or suspension can be imposed, and a fine or suspension may not be imposed if the violation is cured before the hearing or in the manner the notice specifies. Check your notice and act quickly.
