This Privacy Policy explains how CNXT Solutions LLC, DBA HOA Go Away (“HOA Go Away,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit hoagoaway.com or send us a service request. Information you give us
When you request a quote, you may provide:
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- The property address
- Your HOA or association name and an HOA contact email, if you choose to share them
- The services you select, notes, deadlines and descriptions of the work
- Files you upload, such as an HOA notice, violation letter or photos of your property (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF)
An HOA notice or photo can include details beyond what you type into the form, such as your name, address, account or lot number and images of your home. Please only upload what you are comfortable sharing for the purpose of your request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit. We use Google Analytics, provided through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
- To review your request, prepare a quote and contact you by phone or email; we may text you only if you separately opt in
- To schedule and arrange the work you approve with a service professional
- To photograph and document completed work, and to follow up with your HOA or property manager when you ask us to
- To keep records of requests and completed work
- To operate, secure and improve our website
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Text messages
Text message consent is optional and is not required to submit a service request or make a purchase. If you separately opt in using the checkbox on our quote form, we may send texts about your request, quote, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out does not cancel your request; we can continue by phone or email. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Optional HOA notice reading
Our quote form may offer an optional tool that reads an uploaded HOA notice and suggests the details and services it mentions. If you choose to use it, the notice file is sent to OpenAI, an artificial intelligence provider, to extract that information. We send these requests with OpenAI’s response storage setting turned off. OpenAI handles the data under its own terms and policies, available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. The suggestions can contain mistakes, so please check them before you submit your request. You do not have to use this tool to request a quote.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to handle your request and run our business:
- Service professionals who carry out the work, who receive the details they need, such as the property address, photos, the scope of work and your contact information for scheduling
- Your HOA or property manager, when you ask us to send completion details or follow up with them
- Service providers that help us operate, including website hosting (Hostinger), email delivery and Google Analytics; automation and records services (Make and Airtable); quote-document services (Google Docs and Drive); SMS services (Quo); and, if you use the optional notice reader, OpenAI. These providers process information on our behalf to handle your request and operate the service.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized
How long we keep information
We keep request details, uploaded files and job records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide and document services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to keep some records for legal or business reasons.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you about a request at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but analytics will be limited.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
